SAP IAG allows us to extend our SAP GRC Access Control to manage hybrid SAP landscapes (SAP SAC in our case) with the IAG Bridge functionality. With the ongoing digital transformation, many of the traditional business functions shift from on-premises to the cloud. At the end of the day, SAP customer must deal with access governance in this hybrid landscapes.
Prerequisites-
- SAP Access request post installation is completed.
- MSMP workflow activation is completed.
- SAC to IPS proxy integration is completed.
- Repository job are setup in SAP GRC & SAP IAG.
- Provisioning jobs are scheduled in SAP IAG.
- OAuth token setting is completed in SAC to integrate with SAP IPS PROXY.
- Integration between SAP Analytics cloud to IAG is completed.
- Integration between SAP IAG(BTP) to IPS proxy is completed.
- Valid certifications are maintained for RFC communication in SAP GRC to communicate with IAG in STRUST.
- Provisioning status services information are maintained in cloud connector & in SAP BTP.
Step 1: Create an Access request and complete the approval process in SAP GRC like any other on-premise system.
Step 2: The request is available in SAP IAG bridge, the information can be viewed in provisioning status.
Step 3: The information is available in SAP SAC with the requested changes.
